the ending is somewhat ambiguous. It’s not clear whether it was indeed gyuh-wool or if jinyoo was just hallucinating him again. It’s also quite infuriating how hes trying not to let gyuwool affect him by going to that convenience store when hes clearly mentally unstable and still traumatised, like dude you need to seek professional help first. It also didnt explain why gyuhwool let hayan and jinyoo be locked up in one room (he clearly hates her, not unless hes confident that jinyoo wont feel any attraction towards her bc he thinks hayan is a woman and jinyoo is gay). Also the way gyu wool reveals that hes doing all this shit to protect jinyoo but wont bat an eye killing him the moment he tries to escape or disobey him.

I think the overall reading experience wont be that bad if it just ended with jinyoo and hayan going on a cute date

    its called an open end which means its an end thats not an actual end, it opens the door for readers imaginary to what could be the actual end was he hallucinating? was it actual him? did he get kidnapped again? yup its a thing.
