For anyone wondering why some artist/authors still create stories like this, it's maybe because it's just a “fiction” which shouldn't be done or allowed at all in irl. But still, I'm begging for the guy to come get the mc already and just move into a different city, cause wtf is this shit. We need, need, to have the guy come and save the mc, and the mc just run away.
