Probably because of the abandoned issue he has with his parents or something cliche like that. I think that's why he invited his twin brother and put pressure on MC to become a play partner with his brother too. So that he can distance himself from MC. But it doesn't work and now he is jealous.
As of now, I cannot say much about the CEO brother other than he likes bdsm stuff. Probably he's gonna fall in love with MC within this 2-month time period.
