She knew shuri would leave anyway after the wedding, but she's afraid that on such an important day jeremy would turn soft and tell her to stay which would threaten her position as the new marchioness, this wouldn't only temind her of her mother's suffering but also mean she couldn't live up to the expectations she endured from her father to be able to have the Neuschwanstein family under her control as the madam.
