I'm pretty sure the ml is self aware that he's obsessed and he himself has stated he's manipulative so not sure what you're excepting from him lol. He's also on the younger side which plays into his immaturity with certain situations.

I don’t think the ml is taking into regard Haesoo complex feelings about the whole situation, she was with her ex from high school he was her first everything and yes he is an asshole but there is a lot of history there that she herself is trying to push past and move on from which she already has taken the steps like throwing out all his stuff and having ml over often. So all this stuff he is pulling is kinda off putting for an adult like sorry but I wouldn’t want him doing all this “for me” it seems like they’re both treating her like a prize or piece of meat they’re fighting over… hope ml can just get it together for the sake of the relationship he wants with mc he’s a bit too unhinged atm it’s not healthy and he’s being manipulative by hurting himself a lot and then telling her to help soothe him if a man did that and I found out I’d be creeped out and leave… in saying all that tho it was satisfying to see her ex get upset lol
