Hm ... I think he liked him. He is not the romantic type like the yellow eyed guy who seems to take everything way to serious. I don't know what happend between those two but I start thinking it was some missunderstanding ... After all the kidnapped guy doesn't seem to be the devil ...
why does it feel like he never loved him in the past I'm assuming the protagonist was just using him and didn't have real feelings and when he learned he never loved him he was hurt and years later he wants to get even in a sadistic way by locking him up in the dark. does that sound about right?
