Well, she is a dragon. Altho dragon mom was shown more with human emotions and act like a human, it was also stated that dragons' identity are not really like dragon mom's but rather more like that white haired dragon, which makes sense since they are a dragon. I think her personality is just written right since that's how they were described when dragon mom and silver hair was talking.

Idk, but it's in the chapter where dragon mom and silver hair was talking about Arun, dragon mom was scared Arun might become like her and not fully develope his "dragon identity" Like silver hair's.
i mean if u read the chapter where rabina and karellina were talking, it was stated that karellina was "in puberty" for 200 years because she believed she was human. this leads us to think that she's not fully(?) a dragon or she is but she thinks differently than how a dragon does. its further shown when karellina calls rabina sister even tho dragons have no emotional ties to family. so we can deduce that rabina's actions is how dragons are; i mean theyre like "supreme beings" you would expect some arrogance. but i also think she said and did all that to help karellina, who asked her advice on what to do with arun who tried to hide his memories of isabella. rabina made a scene to figure out whats so special about isabella that made arun lie to his mom.
What that b is doing isn't inserting authority. It's just plain tyranny.
Blackmailing, threatening. And simply bullying the weak.
That's not what a strong authority figure supposed to do.
