I would restart it, that way you won’t be too confused with some of the content, but honestly if you remember atleast most of the plot then you could just pick it back up from chapter 40
For me, I will just continue at chapter 40 since it is not a fantasy manhwa and the characters shown are only minimal.
If it is a smut story, there is abundance of you know how, which is why the plot isnt too much to recall.
I would back up a few chapters from where you left off and just read from there tbh. But If you rlly care abt the transition in the relationship and want to see it fresh, read it from the beginning
