It’s pretty much just following the path of the MC being wanted but the ML is very passive about it. I’m guessing that they have very different loving styles and this leads to some issues with MCs idea of the ML not loving him enough. They just need to talk it out tbh

Also, that mc is being insecure abouth chiaki (ml) having "interest" in mc's childhood friend bc he thinks he is going to be abandoned and left apart
