i highly doubt an artist would draw that unless they had a scat fetish. but yeah, in the real world if u take it up the ass without being prepared, consensual or not, there’s always a chance for there to be residual fecal matter (or just a whole ass turd that has yet to be shit out) that’s why u should always wear a condom when doing anal, but other stuff can reduce that chance like diet changes, enemas, etc.
