I had a trainer for this so my routine varied between push and pull workouts + cardio. I had a lot of visceral fat and not so much muscle so I had to do a lot of cardio to get rid of that fat and weights to build muscle.
A good trainer can really help provide the routine + you need for weight loss. I understand they can be a bit pricey tho but they really help you understand what your body needs to lose weight. After all, we all have different starting points when it comes to weight loss.
Anyways here’s what I remember doing with my trainer. Also forgive me for not knowing what they are called I just know what I did:
Cardio:
- 1 hr treadmill around 5 mph running (alternating between run and walk every 3 minutes)
- 1 hour stairmaster
Push workouts
- Leg presses (10 kg weight plates both sides)
- Chest press
- Cable bar (pushdown)
- That one machine where u do squats but ur kinda tilted idk what its called
- side to side planks
- mountain climb
Pull workout
- leg extension (but the one where u put ur legs over the machine not under)
- pull ups
- anything with dumbells or kettleball tbh
Now I do not recommend following this exactly since this was tailored to help me achieve my 10 kg in a month goal. My trainer had helped other lose more in a month but my body just can’t handle that stress. Not when I lack so much muscle but had a lot of fat.
Oh but one thing you can absolutely change is your diet. It helps a lot. I do one meal a day and avoid fastfood, processed food, or anything with table sugar. Otherwise, I eat what I want and I eat just enough protein, veggies, and fruits.

Right now I have a simpler workout routine that consists of 10,000 steps a day and at home pilates (I suggest move with Nicole on youtube)
This doesn’t guarantee a 10 kg weight loss but it sure does help you steadily lose weight. If you want to lose that much in a month I really do suggest going with a trainer.
A lot of you here need to sybau because none of you know how excess skin works.
Excess skin only happens when you undergo procedures such as liposuction, gastric bypass, or IV only diet where you almost immediately lose weight. This doesn’t allow your skin to adjust to your body.
As someone who underwent a significant weight loss (10 kgs in 1 month) they only thing left behind were stretch marks. And I’m still trying to lose weight mind you. So 4 months is enough time to undergo a healthy weight loss. Ntm the seme is doing a lot of weights + cardio which is what tou need to tone (weights) and burn visceral fat (cardio)
Besides this is fiction. No one reads fiction for realism. If you want something real, then go watch weight loss transformations because clearly some of you do not work out
