Damn.. it also reminded me of a story from a branch office.
The employee have sick kid, like the kid need to go to the hospital periodically. So the employee always take the paid leave/permitted leave once a month.
But one time, the head branch didn’t approve the leave. So the employee come to his office and told the story about the kid properly.. The sickness and all the medical attention he needs. The head branch insists he can’t take the paid leave and advises to just take an absent from work (means the employee will get his salary cuts).
Do you know what the head branch said after that ?
“It’s your fault for having a kid. One that need medical attention to boot.”
But maaaan.. I’m single and I feel hurt from hearing that!? Like why he has to said that??

I swear there is always special place in hell for those kind of people who got 0 sense and arrogant af..
For telling his employee to get back to office in the middle of his fam operation is crazy..
But really, there is a real case where someone family member passed away and asked for a day off to attend the funeral the manager said "even if you came to the funeral,it wont bring them back alive"
