I dont know if shes a hopeful romantic or hust plain stupid tbh. This situation is where the “im gonna gather/ steal the riches and escape the fck away from here” trope would really fit well.
I think both, like girl after all she went through, the way they threaten her she’s still here, not even thinking of any revenge? Tbh I’m a bit disappointed like you said the trope would be perfect here （￣へ￣）
Fr. Or just getting out of that house. Cos like, at this point, you’re just inflecting self pain to yourself by staying. I get that she was hopeful and has fond memories to hold on to, but it seems none of that is present now. Tho i must say, she is very strong and has thick skin. I for one would literally burn that house and palace down if im left humiliated like that.
