Honestly I totally agree with you but I also feel that it's realistic. When I think about it if I was in that situation I would probably do the same. I mean why not answer just once to see what they have to say after what they've done right?

I know that the author show us that, she's just a human too. She acts tough and keeps her walls high but with the slight bit of affection she gets, it crumbles down.
I really hated her when she called back but at the same time I understand. It's tough but I think after letting someone ghost you for 3 whole year, she shouldn't be bending backwards.
