The real answer is that the uploader doesn't want the site to auto upload an "inferior" translation by dredging the internet for one, or so I was told when I asked that question. My answer is that the uploader is trying to drive us batshit crazy by making it confusing and loves to break our hearts by making us think there is an update. They must love to watch us suffer.
