Webtoon specifically, it used to be lightly allowed if it was censored a few years ago. Now they usually don’t even allow suggestive innuendos since their new target audience is teens and not really young adults as much anymore. But some smaller webtoons will post the original stuff with r18 and it will be posted on these sites!
