That contract is a win - win for both of them lol. As long as they link up, Mokyeon will not disturb Sunhwa (which he really didn't want to) in exchange he will be together with Nanjo (which what he really wants lol)

I'm thinking Nanjo's not that naive to FELL for Sunhwa just by him doing a cliche technique to hook up with him, and letting him do WHATEVER he wants by acting all 'innocent', Nanjo may be a push over but hes NOT stupid. I'm thinking he's more of a Gentleman who just goes with the flow and see what happens next, but this time Mokyeon peaks his interest .
