This breaks my heart. I'm reading this because MC is so beautiful and a great character but the love interest makes me a little sad. I feel like they have no chemistry or little romantic chemistry anyways and it makes me so sad because MC loves his past love so much, and he's dead. I just feel like MC once had a pure and brilliant love that made him feel like a better person and whatever he's going to have with the ml doesn't seem anything like that at all. If anything he'll become a worse person. And I sense maybe even rape from the ml? That seems likely based on how these stories normally go. It just seems like a shame, I feel like he deserves someone who will make him better, deep down he's a good person who's just very upset
