HE DOES!! but it’s around chapter 40 or somewhere there (maybe even before). He lowkey realizes that the other dude is treating him like shit and doing stuff like that on purpose. He eventually breaks off the “friendship” he has with the guy to be with the ml.
He even beats that a$$hole up...my wish since chapter one came true.
