I'm not sure when he was uneasy. He trusted him with his whole heart. The ONLY time he was shaking is starting from the time Todd asked him if he would kill for him to deliberating to kill and then shaking afterwards after killing.
Why do I think Dennis figured it out with the look in Todd's eyes. That's he's not just a human.
Like he's not figured out the "wolf shapeshifter" part but just that he's not a normal human. Or just a human. You can really see the moment where he looks at his eyes and then is uneasy the whole time. WTF THUS IS KILLING NE HOES
