Read the story again, he's been bullied because he liked those stuff, it's not weird for some of us because we weren't exactly bullied and excluded for that. He just chose to be closeted about his hobbies. He also doesn't have friends, and he has a quiet personality.

i assure you there are much worse hobbies in the world I literally just read about gay people making out all day so unless you wanna tell me that in your free time you like to see guys getting their ass pounded I do not think it is that big of a problem…
