Ngl it's actually really fresh and sweet that instead of saying he'll protect him and keep him alive he's promising that he'll find a way to finally kill him since it's the one thing Dante wants the most.
Whatever the outcome, whether Dante finally gets to die or decides to spend the rest of Demis' life out with him, I'm here for the ride lol
