I agree. While reading the novel before, i got annoyed a little at her because she cant forgive, forget and move on. but then i realised that she may be traumatised? She died at the temple bec they didnt help her and diana is so high that she dont want to waste time on poor people. thats why she wanted a full on revenge on diana, she wanted her to kneel and apologize to kaelus. And she also doesnt consider this novel as her world and thats why she do anything she wants. But in the end she realised that she cant go back and have to live her life w kaelus.
Yeah thats one way to put it , totally understandable i'd become crazy too if i were put in her position with no way back. I think instead of doing it for Kaelus deep inside shes doing it to get her frustration from being in that story Its trauma response maybe
I feel like part of my frustration is that Kaelus doesn't see that any leeway or break that he gives to Diana - she takes it and twists it as affection for her, so being kind and neutral towards her doesn't have the effect he thinks it does and would naturally make hes feel some sort of frustration and insecurity idk i he def should've tattled that Diana confessed LOl
Truee! And iirc in the novel he tried to fck hess so hard that she cried and felt uncomfortable. Its because he is guilty! I remember too cursing at kaelus for being weak ML. Smh
I can understand why Kaelus said tht , what Hestia did was for him and it's good revenge and i enjoyed it too but cant you see tht it become her only sole reason tht she cant see the Kaelus in front of her. Kaelus got tired of Diana and Helios drama and he just wanted to be happy with Hestia but if Hestia is too deep into tht how can they be happy together. I get tht Hestia did all tht in the name of love devotion for Kaelus but imo she should start seeing the things are now and what Kaelus wants them to be. Even if Diana dont get stripped from her title she already got her karma and tht karma will slowly unleash on her one by one even without the title gone bcuz shes as good as dead to everyone after what happened
