I used screen translation so im not sure about my understanding; but basically the ml was crazily in love with his mentor, and since they broke up, ml would see the tattoo that he did on the mentors body on everyone he sleeps with (hence the ed). He also saw that tattoo on the mc body and tried to do that design on him ( not sure about this part). And then the mc found out, crying on both side and then happy ending

If this is the case, the Mc deserves better. He already found out that his wife actually didn't marry him after years of being a "Married couple" He doesn't deserve to be used as a spare tire by a random guy who is still pining for his ex.
