The NPC inspector's telling Lil A that he 'smell' like one of them makes me think that by some off chance Mr.A and Little A actually have the Beast Virus but they are not physically altered by it (probably the secret agency that G and NPC works with hides away this society of human-animal are also made up of people that is contacted with the virus and didn't transform)
