yea its been a while since i read the novel but she did start to lose her drive to live after Kael told her it's better to not remove the CrownPrincess title (MC really thought she doesn't any reason to continue living), even if Kael told her that he's no longer in love with Diana, MC still think there's still lingering feelings to cause pity, but in truth Kael just want the both of them to concentrate with each other and live as a real couple, so they will go to the Atika territory
