Yeah, I get it, but the way his internal monologue betrays his inability to think rationally, while he simultaneously thinks of himself as such a level-headed person is so deeply infuriating. He has not spent a single second actually thinking about why Edgar "betrayed" him. He just decided that he did "for no good reason".

Also while I’m not the biggest Marius fan, and I 100% agree he’s in the wrong, I feel like his hate is a little too exaggerated. Let’s not forget a love potion and boat loads of trauma were in the mix, the only correct criticism at this point would be him coming back to life a second time and still harboring that hate towards a child from ur past life is read of trying to fix things. He needs to grow emotionally and heal from his past.
