It's a long story but I'll try my best to summarize it.
It's about a 28 year old janitor who can see relationship roles and status that are invisible to other people. But they're only related to BL (love interest, love rival, secret crush, seme, uke etc.).
Just like the MC here, janitor basically observes and comments about the relationship of the people working in the company he is working at.
He was peaceful with his everyday work life.... Until the day he saw the sign love rival on top of his head. Now he must look for the couple who's trying to make him a part of their drama and put a stop to it.

Yooo that is what he exactly looks like! It's still an idea tbh. But I'd rather read it than make it haha. It would be really awesome if you can be my assistant or at least beta reader if you want lol.
