Dr. Yagi has the personality of someone who'd enjoy getting someone like Inui beneath him whining and a sopping mess. He'd play with them to the point they'd melt like putty in his hands. He's brash and very straightforward. He'd be the perfect top for someone like Inui who has too much pride for someone so dumb lol
This is kinda weird to say but Imo Inui would be a crybaby submissive top who probably got tricked into it somehow by the doctor that's just what I think tho based on their personalities
