Tbh i understand him like you have a good relationship with someone, everything is going good and the next day they disappear without any explanation ╮(￣▽￣)╭. Who wouldnt get angry or even question themselves.
I know, but the fact that andante go to the us after the dungeon and then bring a guide that he himself confirm that the guide is able to guide andante fully meaning that he is not useful anymore. Mind that andante told him that he like him because he was useful so hearing that there's another guide that can guide him must be devasted for him. So I'm glad actually that he ran away as he will just going on a loop with misunderstanding and all as andante can't even talk fully of his intentions. He always say what's matter to him and doesn't really think what he will feel hearing them. Even his member said that they can't never understand him.
The thing is andante used a crystal to get guided, it wasnt mentioned in the manga so far (i think) the other guide was hired so that out mc didnt have to guide the other guys but only andente. Honestly everysting that is happening right now is over thinking and miss communication
