Need help finding the title

I’m looking for the title of a manga. The manga is about a young boy in a noble family. The father has multiple wives and the young boy is not the favorite. The young boy start to defend his mom more. It gets to the point that the mom says they should move to her family home. That where we find out that she is actually a princess to another kingdom that’s more advanced. They were picked up on a flying ship. His is actually half human and never really slept with the noble father. So the young boy is purely his mom’s child. He does get an engagement with a noble girl. The mom’s family is very excepting and is going to make him the heir. The young boy has black hair too.
