Yes! It's honestly so bittersweet. Sekaiichi Hatsukoi has been a part of my life since I was around 12. Now that I'm nearing 30, I notice how nice it is to still feel the same way about this story as back when I was a kid. There's plenty of manga I read back then that I wouldn't even remember or care about now. But this one will always be important to me.
