I’ve read the comments and I haven’t seen anyone actually critique the story. Maybe I missed a lot of key points but after reading there are still things I find hard to grasp. Mainly just the structure of the academy. Like I get the MC has a core that can detect and get rid of the infected which is valuable and the overall existence of callers however, im just confused. The academy was in order to study the cores which is basically how he ended up there.. honestly I think this whole story could’ve been extended to fully explain the conflict and more of the backstory for the main character could have been included, along with more inner thoughts. It felt rushed.
I still read it to the end, their love is beautiful and the way the story demonstrated unconditional love.. it left me feeling a bit empty.
