Hestia has been having the same thoughts for a while. That shes not feeling satisfied or justified when Diana is getting what she deserves. It means kael have moved on and dont even healed and so Diana isn't even worth it.
Although Diana own actions have consequences. She got what was coming... i think its just Hestias push is what makes this whole thing very serious. She can destroy Diana herself but would Hestia feel okay doing that? So thats why Kael who already doesn't think of Diana anymore (hasn't forgiven her) would not want Hestia to harm her mental well being just for revenge.

I think Diana will have her own consequences without Hestia doing anything. The people no longer have rose-tinted glasses and Dianas selfishness will come to light. Kael is thinking about the empires state. If Diana is stripped of title so suddenly then I think it will make the royal family unstable and open for attacks. He also doesn't want Hestia to be the on forefront of hunting diana down when Diana is already the one doing that to herself.
