The natural state of a person is not to have memories and it’s considered a blessing. Carcel was granted oblivion or not to remember. However, a clarification, only Ines and one other character have memories the moment they woke up in this life. Emiliano did not have memories from the moment he was born. He received memories in his teenage years and they are like dreams.
I also believe Tappytoon translator kind of mess up this part. Not really their fault though if they didn’t read ahead.
Why did emiliano said "you have the love of god"? Is it because carcel didn't remember his past lives the moment he was born, unlike ines or emiliano?
