I understand that Baraha is the SML because she doesn’t view him in that light/its clear Yurien was the ML from the beginning but ITS SO HEARTBREAKING. Why do they always develop chemistry with the SML like crazy then toss him to the side. I do enjoy Yurien’s character but he’s hardly had a genuine convo with the FL as of this point/I don’t fully understand why he cares about her so much? Yes, he empathized with her situation but isn’t he depicted as calm and calculated with everyone else? Comrades and friends he’s known for years mind you. It just feels unrealistic for him to care about her to this extent with the lack of relationship development. I’m sure they’ll add some kind of flashbacks like “he liked her all along” but I don’t know. Right now I just really enjoy the simplicity of Baraha’s character over Yurien’s.
