I totally agree with this, but also in the situation I think he thinks it’s a real puppy. In reality, it’s another dog shifter. But an actual kid this time. He doesn’t realize he’s traumatizing the poor boy.

This is like when a husband brings a pet without the wife’s permission and gets told by the wife “whatever it’s your issue since you brought it here” and then the wife ends up loving the puppy to bits.
