Sadly, Not all the employee has the access for security camera. Some management, cctv can be accessed on certain time and limited time and by certain people only.
Yes, that is true but I think in such cases it's only reasonable to mention that, it's possible to check. If they escalate things.
I've worked in the service industry too and have actually faced such clients/customers.
Like... Can't she just hit them with the "i can show you proof by watching the security footage".
Also IK some cameras don't catch sounds but there are with voices as well. It's so fucking easy to solve this by herself. Instead of getting harrassed by rude customers and having the Big Hunky Guy save her.
