Yes he did at that time. Now after the numbers left the camp and are doing their own thing he’s technically leader now but any time Ijin is involved all the numbers (except 004) are quick to help him with anything needed.
You get small moments where he hesitates and doesn’t want to admit that him and the numbers still think of Ijin as leader. In my opinion from all that he probably thought things would be different now that Ijin is living a normal life. That’s just what I think
I hope 002 doesn’t fall for 003 provocations but something is telling that he will. If 001 wasn’t in the camp to begin with he would’ve been the leader. He lowkey doesn’t want to accept it.
