Well, in my opinion, it
it's not that his personality has actually changed but he was always used to pretense. You can see it in the novel, that ALL he ever did was pretense and this is his true self actually coming to light. Which I believe, is because je finally got comfortable woth Wooyeon.

how can one’s demeanor change so muchhe’s so diff from how he was in omega complex like yeah the mc in that one was older and wooyeon is younger in this story but come onnn (im not complaining i lowkey like this more than omega complex)
