does somebody have read this bl manhwa or it's just my schizophrenia kicking!

They're both actors? there's this scene that made the Top plan on twisting what happens (I don't remember what)... He drove through the mountain and there's two people (his stalker maybe and caught them in action) and I think they're brothers. His plan was making those two turn themselves to the police and says that they did those crime (maybe what happen that made the Top crazy) because they're jealous to famous actors esp to the top and but the other brother did suicide to to mountains (he killed him, putting ropes around the man's neck) and after he planted those plan he came back to bot laying on the bed with some doctor?or they're manager and then the plan worked and it's shows on tv
