I think most of them are right on the point! But not sure about the actor thing since Sejin actually the type to respect someone like they respects him.
It's just their personalities are totally different, and Lee Sejin indeed often unconsciously talked as if he's mocking them but you will know when he's genuinely being sarcastic, since he uses different nuance of words.
While Bae Sejin is not only have low self confidence, but also due to what happened in the past + family problem, he gets easily see things negatively. But after certain big incident (not sure if you've read that part or not), he slowly changed in positive way.
So yeah, it's more like because current Bae Sejin has another unfinished problems and he misunderstood Lee Sejin's character from during their first group era in Idol Inc., so all they need is just talk honestly to clear up the misunderstandings (forgot which chapter is it tho)
I think OP just didn't articulate the actor thing properly but they're def right. Big Sejin himself said that he has bias against Little Sejin because Little Sejin used to be a child actor.
One of the reasons was because Big Sejin was supposed to debut in another group but was kicked out at the last minute. The guy who replaced him was a second-generation actor, who had more "value" than an unknown person like him. At that time, Big Sejin felt the difference between having fame and not. So when he saw another "actor" trying to be an idol, it brought back the negative feelings he had.
Another reason was that Big Sejin thought Little Sejin didn't really want to be an idol and was just using the group to regain his popularity. He thought that Little Sejin was uncooperative because he had a fallback plan if testar didn't work out, unlike Big Sejin who was desperate to debut and make his idol career work.
Anw, it was all misunderstanding for both of them. Lol so much was happening in their heads but in reality, they were both doing their best

I think you can check around chapter 80 to 90+. IIRC the newest chapter is supposed to be around chapter 85...?
im currently reading the novel and little sejin really grew on me. he's actually a sweet hyung but his conflict with big sejin is actually because he thought big sejin hated him cuz he's more of a hard worker than a talented person so when they practice he's a bit slow than others. he thinks big sejin hates people with no talents hence why he's always sound sarcastic or fake to him. and big sejin didn't like him because he think little sejin is not professional(like he obviously show he didn't likes him cuz big sejin can fake his likeness so why can't you). but also because his past when he's pushed out of the debut line last minute cuz of that guy parents is an actor. like he unintentionally got a grudge against actor
well that's my understanding though not sure how others interpret it
