HELP ME!

Im looking for the title of the story I read years ago, it was a tragic manga, with multiple storyline. I dont remember the other stories and the one story I remember was only bits and pieces anyway, it was about a boy that was supposed to celebrate his bf bday, he was waiting on their home with cake and all, while his bf was on his way from work, and it was raining heavily that time, on his way there was a child that was fallen in the river, the bf saved the child but unfortunately he drown. There was a cake involve, and the boy was hallucinating, later he was about to jump, to be with his boyfriend
