spoilers to the ending

Basically the ending was mc tries to kill himself finally by jumping off a cliff and fails. The 2 other guys think he's dead, but the mL who the mc originally liked is like obsessed about finding him, not believing he's dead. Pretty sure ml self harms in the time he's searching for him, and has like hullicinations?? Idk i think it was for repentance, which is srsly hilarious to me. He hunts mc down and literally tries to guilt mc into forgiving him pretty sure and eventually mc makes him go to a hospital

Oops I hit post when I was trying to correct myself. Mc eventually takes him to the hospital after ml cuts himself and when ml wakes up, he rapes and chokes mc. Idk i think he was upset mc wouldn't forgive him, but im not too sure?? Like the spoilers I remember for this area of the story were super confusing. Skipping towards the end, ml ends up being nice to mc somewhat after landing him in the hospital, and they basically live "happily ever after" as ml takes care of him and takes him to therapy. They end up living together and ml has a job as a professor, and ofc the relationship is still extremely toxic and mc is extremely unstable and has to take medications for regulation!

to add to that, I read from spoilers that mc had an amnesia after almost dying.
