its not your fault. he was literally acting like a child. but itd be best to meet in person (just like the person above me said) to know the actual root of the problem as to why he behaved in such a way. if he insisted on not wanting to meet or talk, it probably means he just wanted to end the relationship for his own selfish reasons. maybe he fell out of love and took this as an excuse to let you go.
