White blood is great imo, it's not rlly comical but the action is amazing. Same kinda theme, MC starts off weak and grows stronger through influence from stronger opponents.
A great comedy imo is Her Summon, wonderful art and really unique plot. And when I say wonderful I mean magnificent.
Jungle Juice is also quite good, similar type of theme of a world having normal humans and humans with abilities, in JJ it's that they have abilities of insects. Definitely check it out.
The greatest estate developer is AMAZING, a great GREAT comedy and is a story you should check out. It's not all that similar to Eleceed except the comedy aspect but still.
