The og Shin, aka the dark haired young master he was dreaming of is controlling, abusive and obsessive over MC in their past life, literally treats him like a sx toy he owns, and it's becoming apparent that the shin that was in the car wreck was in fact a crazy asshole that one delinquent looking character was warning MC about. And the white haired guy, the "young master" MC's previous self was longing for seems to have occupied shin's current body (perhaps they were twins??). Either way, black hair shin seems like he's the true bad dude of the story while white haired him was the true past lover.
