I feel the same way. Kinda thought teach actually killed his father bc his dad may have already turned or something and he just can't handle the reality so what his brain is doing rn is trying to protect itself by creating something he can believe and explain away. I'll admit Guwon is broken but I don't think he kills randomly from what we've seen. Season 2 is gonna be so hard to read, I just know it.

But not randomly. He needed the doc for his town but he didn't need the doc's family. They wouldn't have provided anything and they'd be extra mouths to feed. Its a super cold, calculated and analytical way of thinking but I'm pretty sure this is how Guwon functions. Which would explain why he took to teach so quickly: someone who feels things deeply, openly affectionate and can communicate to and teach him like a child.
I think teach's dad was already a zombie when Guwon found them.. so the dad was killed... otherwise, teach wouldve been eaten. Teach just dont remember because he dont wanna. U know when something bad really happens.. so ur brain forgets it instead..
I think Guwon would kill people if they go against him.. or if they try to harm him. I dont think he goes around killing people just because..
Also, yea.. things are gonna be terrible between Guwon and Teach.. i can only think its gonna be real bad
