I'm not rich so idk. Besides I don't get your point. Lets say its an open garage door. Is the open door on the ceiling? With that angle of raindrops, it should be right? Why have a door on the ceiling? A skylight? Or is it just a sprinkler? There's no fire though. Or what you are trying to say is an Open Garage not an open garage DOOR.

Look up mansion global - showroom garages. There was a house....home I visited a friend at that had what is basically an indoor garage/parking lot at ground level through one side of the house where they would keep thier cars. It was also the designated drop off area should it rain.
