Guys, I know what I’m about to say isn’t manga/manhwa/manhua-related, but I really need help if any of you have been in a similar situation.
So, last week I had an interview at Starbucks for a barista position with the store manager and the owner of that store. They asked me basic questions (like the ones everyone gets), told me I did well, and said they’d let me know if I got the job.
But this morning, the store manager texted me asking me to come in for a second interview. I’ve never had a second interview in my life unless it was for a big company, so I thought, “Okay, I probably got the job.” But it turns out it was a real second interview... with the owner of another store (keep in mind, that store is like an hour away from where I live).
So now I’m confused. That lady basically grilled me with questions like “How would you make the client want to come back?” or “What can you do for the customer?” all client-related stuff for like 30 minutes straight. In the end, she just said she’d tell the store manager my results and that they’d let me know.
I’ve never worked at Starbucks before, so… is this normal?
oh sorry my mistake, what i meant to say is that the owner from the store that is 1 hour away from MY city came to my location to do the interview. i didnt went there. so that what i find weird
